There is no fancy scientific formula for our stomp drums we just kept experimenting until we got the right sound, that’s why everyone likes the crossroads stomp drum, it’s a real acoustic instrument that can be boosted through an amp.

The pick up is fixed to the inside of the top marked with a white dot, you can gain different tone and effect by the following techniques;
Dot up - Dot down - On a hard floor IE tile or laminate
On a soft floor IE carpet
Stomp with toe - Stomp with heel - Leather sole shoe - Rubber sole shoe - Sock or bare foot
Stomp in the middle -Stomp on the edge
Use two different sized stomp drums
